How Registration Works
- Step 01
One account per studio. Your teachers and choreographers can be added underneath it.
- Step 02
Add each routine with its genre, division, dancers and running time. Save as you go – nothing locks until you submit.
- Step 03
Every dancer needs one signed waiver on file before they can take the stage.
- Step 04
Tracks go up online, fees are settled, and your schedule follows a couple of weeks out.

Registration FAQ
Can parents register a dancer directly?
No — entries are submitted by studio directors and teachers. Parents complete the release waiver for their own dancer.
Can we change a routine after submitting?
Yes, until entries lock roughly two weeks out. After that, changes may not be possible or may carry a fee, because the schedule is already built.
What if a dancer gets injured?
Contact us as early as you can. We will do what we reasonably can to accommodate substitutions or withdrawals.
How are fees paid?
Through your DanceBUG studio account as part of the entry process.
When do we get our schedule?
Once entries close and the running order is built — usually one to two weeks before the event.
Is there a minimum number of routines?
No minimum. Studios of every size compete with us, and two of our stops are small-studio exclusives.
