The Candance Cup will be one of the most prestigious accolades in the competitive dance world. This award recognizes the studio that demonstrates exceptional versatility, creativity, and excellence across a wide range of genres.
Studios show their depth and talent by combining their top five junior group routines and top five senior group routines – each in a different genre. The Candance Cup celebrates those who go above and beyond in training well-rounded dancers and delivering dynamic, standout performances in every style.
Our People’s Choice Awards celebrate the routines that captured your hearts across the tour. Voting for the 2k26 season closed on June 30th, and one recipient from each division directed a $1,000 donation to the charitable organization of their choice. Nominees for 2k27 will be announced during next season’s tour.

One recipient from each division received ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS to donate to their favourite charitable organization.

Ballots were one vote per division, up to three per household per day, on the official voting page.

Each division allows one vote per ballot, and each household can submit up to three ballots per day. Votes that are fraudulent, duplicated, or generated automatically will be removed. No purchase is necessary to participate. All decisions made by the Candance Competition regarding the contest and voting results are final.
The routine that receives the highest number of eligible votes in each division will be awarded the title of People’s Choice Winner. One People’s Choice Winner from each division will receive a $1,000 donation from Candance Competition to a registered charitable organization of their choice.
Top 10 group routines will dance off for top awards.
Any studio is only allowed one routine in the dance off and these group routines do not need to receive a Diamond award to qualify.

Each studio qualifies 4 routines per regional Diamond Dance Off. Routines must receive a Diamond award to qualify.
